4 thin coats........... could have used 5 or 6
I know I said I would be layering NYC Love Letters over a green polish for my next post, but I think that this is very nice on it's own and I just couldn't top it with anything. Sinful Colors See You Soon is a lovely grass green with golden yellow-ish shimmer and sparse glass flecks. Here is a much better description of this shade.
This is another polish that could use a nice solid buff shade as a base, although I would not mind doing the extra coats on this one, it is very pretty and it dried very fast. I love these Sinful Color polish's. There are a tonne of beautiful shades available.
