2 manis....1/8th fails?

I used a striping bush to create this mani, I overdid the amount of stripes I used, plus this polish dried super-duper fast, which made adding them really difficult.

I tried to copy My Simple Little Pleasures Fireworks mani from New Years 2011 HERE, I think I'm gonna stick to using real stripe polish's = she makes it look soooooo easy with that brush!

In these photos I am holding Lilac Zinc, an opaque light lilac chrome finish polish, and the other bottle is called Titanium Rose, which is a pinkish chrome. I have dupes for both of these in my collection.

These are older dis-continued polish's that I picked up a dollar store in my town, there was a few different pink-ish girly shades that I already have a dozen of, so I grabbed these two. I don't remember seeing these in stores and I don't recall seeing this much variety of chrome or metallic Sally Hansen X-treme wear polish's in stores in the last few years - or maybe they just escaped my radar.

Lilac Zinc, Titanium Rose - Discontinued but awesome

... and another sponge 'sorta' fail

For this mani I used 3 coats of Sally Hansen Lilac Zinc, and older x-treme wear polish that is dis-continued. I sponged on L.A. Colors Nuclear Energy ( from the Dollar Tree USA) then I sponged on Sinful Colors I Love You over my entire nail. When it was dry I added a coat of Nailene Top Coat.

I haven't worn Sinful Colors I Love You for a full mani yet - it is a very petty shade with glass flecks in a blurple jelly base.

w/ Sinful Colors I Love You

3 thin coats of Sally Hansen Lilac Zinc

My ring nail is Sanskrit Ruby -  and exact dupe of this Sally Hansen X-treme Wear polish

While the formulas are different, the colour is exactly the same. The Xtreme Wear polish Lilac Zinc is thicker and dries a tad slower then the SH Chrome polish.

ring nail is SH Chrome Sanskrit Ruby, the rest of my nails are SH XW Lilac Zinc

blah!
